Do not send sensitive details by ordinary email
Please do not send full care records, medical details, safeguarding reports, or identifiable information about a vulnerable person by ordinary email. Use the secure PlaceBridge workspace once your organisation has approved access.
Urgent safeguarding or emergency concerns
PlaceBridge is not an emergency service. For immediate risk of harm, follow your organisation's safeguarding procedure, contact the relevant local authority safeguarding team, or call emergency services where appropriate.
Access requests
If you need access for your organisation, use the sign-up page with your work email. Accounts may require email verification and admin approval before access is granted.
