How PlaceBridge stores session information
Last updated: 2 June 2026
PlaceBridge currently uses essential browser storage to keep approved users signed in. The pilot does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Essential session storage
When an approved user signs in, PlaceBridge stores a temporary session token in the browser's local storage. This allows the secure workspace to remain available during the signed-in session. The token is removed when the user signs out.
Analytics and advertising
The current PlaceBridge pilot does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or optional analytics cookies. If optional analytics are introduced later, this page and any required consent controls should be updated before those tools are enabled.
Third-party services
If you choose to open an external payment page, that provider may use its own essential cookies or storage under its own policy. PlaceBridge should only link to payment services when the user chooses to continue to payment.
Managing browser storage
You can remove the PlaceBridge session token by signing out. You can also clear site data using your browser settings. Clearing site data will sign you out.
